​​​​My Account - Account and Settings


Purpose: Using this button, the user is able to manage his account. This function is activated by pressing the «Account" button on the left side of the "Dashboard" home page, as shown in the red box in Figure 1 below.


The button "Account" is extended by clicking on it and all the functions that are available to the user to manage his account are presented, as shown in the red box in Figure 2.


​The functions that are extended are the followings: 

  1. Account Settings
  2. Groups & Memberships
  3. Subscriptions
  4. Notifications

Account and Settings

In the page "Account Settings", the system displays the user's profile information (Customer Details & Customer Postal Address Details), as shown in Figure 3 below.


In the first part of the page, in "Customer Details", the user is allowed to edit data only in the field "Phone Number" and in the second part of the page, in "Customer Postal Address Details", is allowed to edit all fields except the field "Country". 

 In order to save any changes made in account settings, user must click the button "Save", as shown in the red box in Figure 3. 

When the save is completed, the change made on the field "Phone Number" is shown in personal information field of the user, in "Dashboard" homepage as shown in Figure 4 below.
