This function allows the user to view the details of all applications submitted to the Department through the DLS_PORTAL. He can see the "General Information", the "Application Related Information", the "Attachment Data", the "Messages", the "Data Downloads", the "Invoices", the "Notifications", the "Application history" and the "Map Viewer" in case where the application requires mapping information, etc.
Once the user logs into the System, he selects the button "My Applications" shown on the left hand side of the home screen, as shown in the red box in Figure 1. (This button is also available on all pages of the different applications of DLS PORTAL).
The system displays the page with all the applications submitted by the user to the Department, as shown in Figure 2. The user can filter the list using the tools shown in the green box in the figure below.
Tab 1 "General Information": On this page the user selects from the catalogue, the DLO file No of an application, for which he wants to see the details, e.g. Property Demarcation, as shown in the red box in Figure 2 above. The system transfers the user to the first page, (tab 1), of the details of the application "General Information", as shown in Figure 3. Here the user is able to view the "Application General Information" and the "Applicant General Information".
Tab 2, "Application Related Information": This tab, "Related Application Information", which is shown in the red box in Figure 4, shows the "Property Details", "Demarcation Details"and the details of the "Delivery Method". "Demarcation Details" displayes the DLO file Number, the name of the Private Surveyor and whether the application refers to external boundary.
Tab 3, «Map Viewer»: In the page of tab 3 "Map Viewer", which is shown in the red box in Figure 5, a map is displayed that shows the landmarks/points selected by the user for the demarcation.
Tab 4, «Attachment Data»: In the page of tab 4, «Attachment Data», which is shown in the red box in Figure 6, the system displays the files that have been attached by the user with the submission of the application, as shown in cyan frame in figure 6.
Tab 5, «Messages»: In the page of tab 5, «Messages», which is shown in the red box in Figure 7, the user is able to view the messages that have been sent to DLS Department, as well as the replies sent to the user by the Department. On this page, an exchange of messages (dialogue) can be carried between the user and the DLS for any questions / queries / clarifications regarding the application, that may be requested either by the applicant or by the Department. (There are no messages for this specific application shown in Figure 7).
Tab 6, «Invoices»: In the page of tab 6, «Invoices», which is shown in the red box in Figure 8, the user is able to view the invoices relating to fees that have been paid by the user with the submission of the application.
Tab 7, «Notifications»: In the page of tab 7, «Notifications», », which is shown in the red box in Figure 9, the system displays the notifications that have been sent to the user by e-mail or sms on mobile phone.
Tab 8, «Application History»: In this page of tab 8, «Application History», which is shown in the red box in Figure 10, the history (the process) of an application is displayed, from the time of the submission until present, as shown in Figure 10.
Note: In other types of applications, some tabs that have been mentioned above may not exist, or there may be additional tabs which inform the user for further information. Some examples are the following tabs:
- Tab «Data Download»: This tab exists in all applications where the system automatically exports data that the user has applied for and wishes to receive electronically. In this tab is also shown the ZIP file which the user can download by clicking the "Download" button that appears in the green box below.
When the download completed, is shown at the bottom left of the screen, as shown in the red box in Figure 12. Then the user can save it on his computer.
