This Section is involved with:

• The application of the provisions of Part II, IIA and VIA of the Immovable Property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation) Law, Cap. 224, which determine the tenure of immovable property and in particular the sections 9, 10, 11Α, 27, 28, 29, 33, 33Α, 34, 42, 43, 44, 45, 50, 50Α, 38Α-38AE and 65U-65AB,
• The preparation of all nessesary incident reports, and the monitoring of all appeals submitted pursuant to the provisions of section 80 against the decisions of the Director, which are issued based on the aforementioned sections of the same law; and
• The registration of companies that acquire immovable property in Cyprus for the first time (Cap. 213 and 218).
