These were derived / collected using various methods and sources i.e. local inspections, District Lands Offices Applications and third party data coming from Local Authorities, Aerial Photography, Satellite Imagery etc. The Department of Lands and Surveys has no legal responsibility for any deviances occurred on any data which do not appear on the Title Certificate. The owner of the parcel / unit is solely responsible for maintaining and updating these current data / characteristics. In case of any deviances, the owner reserves the right to proceed with a “Correction of Error Application”; the latter may be filed electronically here
