STREET WIDENING
Who can apply:
The application may be filed by the registered owner of the property the title of which requires
updating in accordance with the building permit issued by the Competent Authority.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application – Form Δ.Ε.254
- Deed of grant Π.Ρ.8/2012 duly completed, in the case of an application by a competent authority
- Town planning permit and the terms attached thereto (original or true copy from the Competent Authority)
- Building permit and the terms attached thereto (original or true copy from the Competent Authority)
- Approved cadastral plan clearly indicating the street widening line, bearing the seal of the building permit and the town planning permit, and the architect’s plans(original)
- Authorisation by the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber ΕΤΕΚ (Where there is a Private Surveyor)
- FormsΝ314Α1 (duly completed and signed)
- The cadastral plan approved by the Competent Authority which indicates the street widening line and the architect’s plans, are required to be submitted immediately after the payment of the fees in the box outside the building of the District Lands Office accompanied by a receipt of payment from JCC SMART (If these are not submitted within three (3) days the case shall be rejected)
- In case of compulsory street widening, the application should state the number and date of the notification of street widening and it should be accompanied by a copy of the cadastral plan of the publication, stamped by the Competent Authority.
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- If the application is submitted by a Proxy, either through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50.00 for depositing the General PoA) or through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office. The Power of Attorney must be duly stamped and the signature thereon certified.
