The applicant sumbits this application for a Copy of the Official Cadastral Plan. The copy of the Official Cadastral Plan can only be prepared in paper form.
You are informed that the submission of a Copy of the Title Deed of immovable property or of an Official Cadastral Plan is not required for applications to the EAC (including applications for photovoltaic installations) or to the District Local Government Organizations (DLGO).

- Application, form N.295, duly signed. This form can be submitted by anyone and for any property.
It is necessary to include a postal address and contact telephone numbers.
