PARTITION OF AGRICULTURAL/RURAL PROPERTY
Who it concerns:
The division of agricultural land, pursuant to the provisions of section 27 of the Law Cap. 224, is possible where each one of the new plots, proposed to be created, have, as the case may be, the extent given below:
- Not less than 1,338 square metres from plantations, vines, gardens, forests or land irrigated by a perennial or seasonal source of water, or land capable of being irrigated by a perennial source of water.
- Not less than 2,676 square metres for land capable of being irrigated by a seasonal source of water.
-Not less than 6,689 square metres for dry land.
- Not less than 1,338 square metres from plantations, vines, gardens, forests or land irrigated by a perennial or seasonal source of water, or land capable of being irrigated by a perennial source of water.
- Not less than 2,676 square metres for land capable of being irrigated by a seasonal source of water.
-Not less than 6,689 square metres for dry land.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application:
- Certificate signed by the President of the Community or permit for water supply project or water supply permit for plantation field or irrigated field 27 (1) (b), the corresponding document to be attached Form Δ.Ε.255 completed for dry land
- Authorisation by the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber ΕΤΕΚ (Where there is a Private Surveyor)
- A plan printed through “DLSPORTAL” (“Interactive Maps” Service) clearly indicating/focusing on the plot(s) in question, or any other plan the applicant has in his/her possession. Printing to scale is not necessary unless the applicant wishes to do so, e.g. scale of the cadastral plan in use (this is indicated on the Title Deed) or any other. The plan should clearly indicate the requested partition.
- Statement of Distribution (if any)
- FormsΝ314Α1 (duly completed and signed)
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- Σε περίπτωση που η αίτηση υποβληθεί από Πληρεξούσιο Αντιπρόσωπο είτε με Γενικό Πληρεξούσιο με χρέωση €50,00 για την κατάθεση, είτε με Ειδικό Πληρεξούσιο χωρίς καμία χρέωση, τότε η υπογραφή στο έγγραφο θα πρέπει να είναι δεόντως πιστοποιημένη. Η χαρτοσήμανση του πληρεξουσίου είναι απαραίτητη μόνο στην περίπτωση που αυτό έχει υπογραφεί έστω από έναν πληρεξουσιοδότη πριν από την 1.1.2026.
