This service is used for Error Correction purposes that may be present in the registered details of the property, which affect the value of its General Valuation. Application for Correction of Error of General Valuation can be submitted in accordance with the provisions of article 67 of the Law on Immovable property (Tenure, Registration and Valuation), Chapter 224, as amended by Law 110 (I) / 2014.
The user proceeds to complete and submit the application only if it has been established that:

• Any buildings and units that are not shown in the details of the property have been built on the property.
• The details of the property show buildings or units that have been demolished.
• There are substantial differences in the land characteristics of the buildings or units to the extent that they substantially affect the overall the value of the property.
• The value of the general valuation has not been determined for the property.
