SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE OF SALE CONTRACT
Who it concerns:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Law 81 (I) 2011, any purchaser who, under a contract for sale of
immovable property, obtains a court order for execution of the contract, may apply for such
execution to the Director of the Department of Lands and Surveys.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application Form (Filed by an Attorney or Purchaser(s))
- Court Order (One (1) year expiry date for its deposit to the Department of Lands and Surveys from its date of issue)
- Receipts of payment of taxes:
1.Municipality/Community Council
2. Sewerage Board
3. Water Board - Ν313 Certificate from the Tax Department
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- If the application is submitted by a Proxy, either through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50.00 for depositing the General PoA) or through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office. The Power of Attorney must be duly stamped and the signature thereon certified.
