LEASE OF STATE LAND FOR THE SET UP OF AN ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION UNIT
Who it concerns:
The application may be submitted by any person having an interest in the lease of land
for the creation/erection/construction of a Renewable Energy Production Plant.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application - FormΔ.Ε.273
- A plan printed through “DLSPORTAL” (“Interactive Maps” Service) clearly indicating/focusing on the plot(s) in question, or any other plan the applicant has in his/her possession. Printing to scale is not necessary unless the applicant wishes to do so, e.g. scale of the cadastral plan in use (this is indicated on the Title Deed) or any other.
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- If the application is submitted by a Proxy, either through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50.00 for depositing the General PoA) or through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office. The Power of Attorney must be duly stamped and the signature thereon certified.
