REGISTRATION OF A TERM OF AGREEMENT DRAWN UP IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE (1) OF ARTICLE 43 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING LAW NO. 90/1972

Who it concerns:
An application may be filed by any person that has an interest in a property with respect to the development or use of the property, and who wishes to register a term included in the agreement.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
  • Application – form Δ.Ε.299
  • Form Δ.Ε.300 completed by the registered owner of the affected property, in case the application concerns a property the registered owner of which is not the applicant
  • The Planning Permit where the term of agreement is included
  • The initial agreement or stamped copy of the agreement to be registered
  • Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
  • Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
  • If the application is submitted by a Proxy, either through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50.00 for depositing the General PoA) or through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office. The Power of Attorney must be duly stamped and the signature thereon certified
