UPDATE OF EXISTING OWNER’S DETAILS
Who it concerns:
Where there is a change in the data of a natural person so that his/her property cannot be located online, he/she may apply to the Director of the Department of Lands and Surveys for the change of his/her data in the Land Information System.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
The documents signed by the applicants must bear a signature certification.
If the application is submitted by a Proxy:
- Application Form
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport/ARC (for foreigners)
- Copies of the Title Deeds or full reference of the properties
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
If the application is submitted by a Proxy:
- Through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50 for depositing the General PoA)
- Through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office.
