UPDATE OF EXISTING OWNER’S DETAILS

Who it concerns:
Where there is a change in the data of a natural person so that his/her property cannot be located online, he/she may apply to the Director of the Department of Lands and Surveys for the change of his/her data in the Land Information System.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
The documents signed by the applicants must bear a signature certification.
  • Application Form
  • Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport/ARC (for foreigners)
  • Copies of the Title Deeds or full reference of the properties
  • Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
NOTE
If the application is submitted by a Proxy:
  • Through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50 for depositing the General PoA)
  • Through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office.
The Power of Attorney must be duly stamped and the signature thereon certified.
