DEMARCATION OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
Who it concerns:
This service is used for the demarcation of an applicant’s immovable property. The applicant is given the option of filing an application for a simple demarcation or external demarcation of the perimeter for property development purposes. The application may be handled, either by a Land Surveyor of the Department of Lands and Surveys or by a Private Licensed Surveyor, depending on the user's choice.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
A Registration and Identification of the user's profile is required unless the application is subject to the following exceptions.

Exceptions:
- Passage/road/pathway/river/stream
- Lease
- Property accessible but with status being “Turkish Occupied”
- The registered owner does not have a Cyprus Identity Card Number / ARC / Company Registration Number
- More than one property
In such cases, the following documents must be completed/attached:
- Application Form Δ.Ε.280
- Application Form for external demarcation Δ.Ε.279
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- If the application is submitted by a Proxy, either through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50.00 for depositing the General PoA) or through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office. The Power of Attorney must be duly stamped and the signature thereon certified.
