CERTIFIED COPIES OF DOCUMENTS

Who can apply:
The application may be made by the owner of the property or any person who has an interest in the property or any authorized person acting on his/her behalf e.g. lawyer.

This application should be signed and the signature of the applicant thereon certified.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
  • Application Form (signed by the owner of the property or any of the affected persons listed in the requested documents or an authorised attorney on his/her behalf)
  • Stamp Duties of €2,00 for each certified copy of document
  • Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
  • Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
  • If the application is submitted by a Proxy, either through a General Power of Attorney (fee of €50.00 for depositing the General PoA) or through a Special Power of Attorney (no fee), the Power of Attorney must be placed in the special box outside the building of the District Lands Office. The Power of Attorney must be duly stamped and the signature thereon certified.
