Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application Form (signed by the owner of the property or any of the affected persons listed in the requested documents or an authorised attorney on his/her behalf)
- Stamp Duties of €2,00 for each certified copy of document
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- Σε περίπτωση που η αίτηση υποβληθεί από Πληρεξούσιο Αντιπρόσωπο είτε με Γενικό Πληρεξούσιο με χρέωση €50,00 για την κατάθεση, είτε με Ειδικό Πληρεξούσιο χωρίς καμία χρέωση, τότε η υπογραφή στο έγγραφο θα πρέπει να είναι δεόντως πιστοποιημένη. Η χαρτοσήμανση του πληρεξουσίου είναι απαραίτητη μόνο στην περίπτωση που αυτό έχει υπογραφεί έστω από έναν πληρεξουσιοδότη πριν από την 1.1.2026.
