All jointly-owned buildings must have a management committee which regulates and manages all relevant affairs. The owners of all units contained in the building shall participate in the expenses, which are necessary for the insurance, maintenance, repair, restoration and management of the jointly-owned property. The proportion of the share of each joint owner in the expenses is prescribed by the Regulations based on the area of each unit.
