BOUNDARY DISPUTE
Who it concerns:
Pursuant to the provisions of section 58 of the Law Cap. 224, where any dispute arises as to the
common boundary of two properties, any of the owners may request the Director of the Department
of Lands and Surveys to settle such dispute. No Court shall entertain any action or any other
proceedings related to such dispute unless it has been settled by the Director of the Department of
Lands and Surveys in the first instance.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application - Form Δ.Ε.268 (completed with all the names and full addresses of all registered owners and co-owners as well as of all opposing parties. If the owner of an opposing property is a deceased person then a certificate must be provided stating the heirs and their addresses. The same procedure should be followed for the property of the applicant if there is a deceased co-owner).
- Forms Ν314Α1 (duly completed and signed)
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- Σε περίπτωση που η αίτηση υποβληθεί από Πληρεξούσιο Αντιπρόσωπο είτε με Γενικό Πληρεξούσιο με χρέωση €50,00 για την κατάθεση, είτε με Ειδικό Πληρεξούσιο χωρίς καμία χρέωση, τότε η υπογραφή στο έγγραφο θα πρέπει να είναι δεόντως πιστοποιημένη. Η χαρτοσήμανση του πληρεξουσίου είναι απαραίτητη μόνο στην περίπτωση που αυτό έχει υπογραφεί έστω από έναν πληρεξουσιοδότη πριν από την 1.1.2026.
