CONFIRMATION OF SUBMISSION OF A DECLARATION OF A CONTRACTUAL RIGHT IN THE TURKISH OCCUPIED AREAS OF CYPRUS
Who it concerns:
The application may be filed by any person requesting a confirmation of submission of a declaration
of a contractual right under the pre-war contract of sale for properties situated in the Turkish occupied
areas of Famagusta and Kyreneia.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application - Form Δ.Ε.288 pdffile
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- Σε περίπτωση που η αίτηση υποβληθεί από Πληρεξούσιο Αντιπρόσωπο είτε με Γενικό Πληρεξούσιο με χρέωση €50,00 για την κατάθεση, είτε με Ειδικό Πληρεξούσιο χωρίς καμία χρέωση, τότε η υπογραφή στο έγγραφο θα πρέπει να είναι δεόντως πιστοποιημένη. Η χαρτοσήμανση του πληρεξουσίου είναι απαραίτητη μόνο στην περίπτωση που αυτό έχει υπογραφεί έστω από έναν πληρεξουσιοδότη πριν από την 1.1.2026.
