ESTIMATION– RE-ESTIMATION OF THE AREA
Who it concerns:
Any registered owner of a property may request from the Director of the Department of Lands and
Surveys the estimation/re-estimation of the area of his/her property.
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application - Form Δ.Ε.277 (signed by any one of the co-owners)
- Authorisation by the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber ΕΤΕΚ (Where there is a Private Surveyor)
- Photocopy of both sides of the applicant’s identity card or passport or ARC (for foreigner applicants)
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s)
- Σε περίπτωση που η αίτηση υποβληθεί από Πληρεξούσιο Αντιπρόσωπο είτε με Γενικό Πληρεξούσιο με χρέωση €50,00 για την κατάθεση, είτε με Ειδικό Πληρεξούσιο χωρίς καμία χρέωση, τότε η υπογραφή στο έγγραφο θα πρέπει να είναι δεόντως πιστοποιημένη. Η χαρτοσήμανση του πληρεξουσίου είναι απαραίτητη μόνο στην περίπτωση που αυτό έχει υπογραφεί έστω από έναν πληρεξουσιοδότη πριν από την 1.1.2026.
