I would like to welcome you and present the enhanced design of the DLS PORTAL of the Department of Lands and Surveys (DLS).
The core aspect of this new concept is our customer-centric approach for the delivery of services and information to citizens, mainly in the provision of detailed information related to the acceptance of all types of Applications at the Department. I am confident that the new design will be the start of a new era of a two-way communication between us.
I would like to inform you that due to the very serious technical problem that we have been facing, which we are currently in the process towards an incremental recovery of our IT infrastructure, services including “e-Applications”, “Map Navigation”, “Inspire Geoportal”, as well as “Scanned Cadastral Plans” will not be available; as soon as these become incrementally available, you will be informed.
We would like to apologize for the postponement of services and associated inconvenience caused, assuring you that we are working intensively towards the full and safe recovery of all of our services.
