Statistical data in relation to transfer of sales to foreigner buyers within EU and “Aliens” outside of EU. Data are on a monthly basis and include the number of properties, that have been transferred through sales, the number of properties, that have been deposited through contract of sales, the number of buyers that implement transfer of sales and the number of buyers that deposit contract of sales

Note: Following relevant improvements in the coding of the term "Foreigner" in the Land Information System, the presentation of statistical data has been modified. Therefore, it is recommended by the Department of Lands and Surveys to avoid the comparison of the data from 2018 and onwards, with the data of older years.
