The Valuation Branch is responsible for preparing valuations for properties located in the Turkish occupied areas, to be used by the Government in order to provide loans to displaced persons. The valuations are prepared for the Agency and relate to applications made from displaced persons for:

• Student Loans
• Housing Loans
• Guarantees for business loans
• Loans for professional activity
• Loans for young couples
• Loans for medical purposes
• Loans for associations, organisations, unions
