This Section is responsible for receiving all cases involving forced sales of immovable property, encumbrances on immovable property and prohibitions, i.e. applications for sale of Mortgaged Property with or without a court order, applications for Sale of Property under a Writ of sale, for sale of Property held in Undivided Shares, or for registration of property in the name of a debtor. In addition, this Section accepts documents relating to the encumbrance on immovable property, such as Sale Contracts, the registration of court orders (Memo) and agricultural debts, documents creating a prohibition on the disposal or mortgage of immovable property, such as Interim (Conservatory) Orders and applications and Bankruptcy Orders.

It handles the various cases relating to the sale of immovable property by public auction in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Civil Procedure Rules on Sale, and arranges for the return of the auction proceeds to the beneficiaries.
