CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF COURT JUDGMENT/ENCUMBRANCE
Who can apply:
Should the debt be paid and the judgment satisfied, the creditor is committed to withdraw
the encumbrance by giving written communication to the Department of Lands and Surveys
Required Documents / Conditions / Samples:
- Application Form N.58 duly signed by the Attorney who made the MEMO or the Plaintiff.
- Reference of applicant’s postal address and contact telephone number(s).
How to submit:
Acceptance of the application is made at the District Lands Office where the property is located
