In the framework of collaboration between the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic and the Lands and Surveys Department and acknowledging the necessity for further training and process familiarization of the officers of the Department in matters concerning the appearance as expert witnesses (valuers) before the Court, a three series of two-day seminars were planned by the Attorney General Office.
The first seminar took place on 31 August to 1 September 2023 in the multi-purpose training center of the Ministry of Finance and the next two will follow on the 5th and 6th of September and the last one in December 2023. It is expected that these seminars will be attended by a total number of 80 valuers of the Department (Central and district offices).
