The Minister of Interior, Mr. Constantinos Ioannou, accompanied by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Mr. Costas Constantinou visited DLS Headquarters today. The Minister had an extensive meeting with the DLS Managerial Team. DLS Director, Dr. Elikkos Elia informed the Minister with the latest assessment after the recent cyberattack at DLS. As Mr. Elia pointed out, every effort will be made to recover all DLS e-Services by the 10th of April 2023. The Minister emphasized the priority given towards DLS customer service for the citizen and gave instructions towards the reengineering and simplification of processes, eliminating delays.
