It deals with general studies and research, which contribute to the assistance of the organizational, functional and legal transformation of the Department, as well as the preparation of information material/leaflets in relation to the services offered by the Department and any other studies/surveys that contribute to the production and distribution of the services and products offered by the DLS to citizens and other Departments/ Services/Organizations in general.
