It deals with the definition, application, monitoring and control of the implementation of the key performance indicators (KPI's) for all recorded and quantified processes of the Department. The feedback of performance control through measurements and continuous monitoring, will enable the identification of problems and insufficiencies, in order to take action and measures for improvement in terms of DLS procedures, and for the purpose of adopting a more rational and coherent way of evaluating staff.
